Smith was washed and Gilmore is not really missed either. The only team that had a worst offseason than us was the dumb Giants. The Eagles have done well in the last few drafts as well. What have we done??? Project Guyton. Passing on Portas for Schoon etc.. The Eagles drafted two starting CB's in last years draft. I hate to say it, but Dallas needs to raid some of their office people. They are doing a hell of a job.

I don't think it's a money issue for the Cowboys. it's because they are lazy and don't want to put the time and effort in to make us more competitive. That's on the owner/GM.

Their off season was insane....the FAs you listed plus not one but TWO DROY candidates, and some other players that have seen playing time.

Its because the GM is incompetent and cannot evaluate players so hes scared to sign them for fear of looking stupid

Whatever our model is hasn't worked at all in the era of free agency. Jerry calls himself the GM but does none of the work of a GM which is a 365 day a year job and requires a lot of time looking at film and watching NFL games. And even if you do all the work, you still have to make the right decisions. This is why we can't compete. Nobody is doing the GM work.

Roseman misses a lot. He just keeps plugging away. Stephen Jones at some point talked Jerry into not spending much in free agency. Media point to the overpay of Brandon Carr.

BB and Saban are done in the NFL. Saban retired and Bill went the college route because nobody was going to hire him in the NFL. His agent put out feelers.

The Eagles organization is superior to the Cowboys in every way except the most important way and that is making money.

The Joneses will never change. It’s the same organization that it was when Jerry bought it. He wants to be the face of the franchise. Jerry and Stephen tell the truth. The Cowboys have to balance the books and they will resign the players they feel they need to keep. The Joneses are in charge.
