Looking into a laptop.

Look into the Sony Vaio - They use to be alot more than what they are these days - and are probably the closest to a Mac in the PC world.

HP has the new ENVY - but they cost the same as a Macbook Pro - so still too much.

Don't play much pc games anymore
but you really should just stick to a desktop,
mmorpg or not, you don't need two computers when they can do the same thing. But if you do want a laptop i would say just get a little dell or something and special order a gfx card you want(Gefore, Ati, etc). Probably get what you want for a good price.
and Counter Strike > any mmorpg. I hate those games.

actually isn't bad for gaming, was $699 yesterday they jacked it up to $799 today, i'll wait a few days hoping it comes back down to $699 if it does i'll grab it if not ill have to keep looking, even though its a good deal for $799.,

Are you sure that is what you want when you are raiding in Conan? Just think of all of the effects that are on when you are doing your thing and now add in another 10 players w/ the same effects turned on and see how well that laptop will handle deliverying up all of those spell effects.

It matters. You will most likely have to turn them all off when you are raiding.

Can you just run windows from your Mac and still be able to play the games you want ?

Why you are overpaying for the same dam hardware everyone else uses and paying more for it.

Mac hardware is no longer worth the extra charge when they went to an x86 chip set they have the same thing everyone else has period end of story. Why pay hundreds more for the same dam thing.

Macs use to run on the RISC Architecture (what Sun use to use in there servers and still do on some of the high end ones) which where and still cost a lot more money to produced.

Once again as a game there is no point in ever buying a MAC for any reason
