Didn't see any difference between Looney and Biadasz. So you might as well now roll with the kid who has more upside at this point. Looney can backup C/OG, which is a good role for him.

.. " And i approve this Message " ...

- Is this the time we finally see Conner McGovern pressed into action ?

- If Williams or martin get dinged, and no Looney to slide over,..is this where we finally see 2nd year McGovern ?

- Also Will Williams be the immediate backup at center (where he reportedly took reps in camp) , should Tyler Badazzz himself get dinged ?

I'm good with this...wanted to see the rookie at Center anyway. Hope Looney heals up and can provide valuable depth.

I imagine this means Mcgovern is the 7th lineman and steel or mills is the sixth for the next few weeks.

this staff apparently didnt view knight as a tackle so hearing them down on mcgovern I really don't care about. The only thing that matters is that if he gets a chance to play he plays well.

At what point do you just start trying to trade away overpaid players and put young dudes in to evaluate them? Not saying that point is here, but it wouldn’t be unreasonable if we don’t win 2 of the next 3.

This is why you draft and sign capable backups. Can't afford to miss a beat.

Unfortunately,
Playing in this sorry *** division, the Cowboys will always be within a game or 2 of the division lead. So those types of decisions are not made, the younger player sits while the overpaid guy in front of him goes through the motions of performing his job towards team success of 8-8 and/or a team ceiling of one and done.
It's the Cowboy Way. Embrace it. Lol :)

Biadasz will be a much better center in the long run so this experience is a positive for his development. I am not sure how effective he will be in 2020 though.

With Frederick retiring this is like playing our 3rd string Center now.
