if he does just hire Todd Boyles, he had Cardinals Defense balling. who we REALLY need Deflipo (Spell Check) to replace Linehan.

According to NFL site, Richard is being linked to Jets and Dolphins. Can't imagine he'll be able to interview until Dallas' playoff run is done though. I'd love to see him stay, and IMO neither job has great appeal. I think Marinelli giving him play calling duties this yr is a sure signal he's ready for retirement and Richard has proven a perfect fit for the job. Personally, I'm more concerned with the offensive issues. And IF Garrett is one and done again at home...well, JJ probably still won't move on. But sometimes a new voice can cure what ails ya
