Love him or hate him-Lebron has turned the corner.

It always puzzles me when you call Kobe a ball hog. In what world is a guy who averages 5 assists a ball hog? He's not a ****ing point guard he's a shoot first shooting guard. If you wanna say he's an arrogant SOB then I agree with that, but dude has 5 rings and is one of the all time greats he has every ****ing right to be arrogant.

Being great at anything doesn't give anyone a right to be arrogant or a dick.

So, no, I don't care if Kobe had 10 rings I still wouldn't give him a pass on being an arrogant dick.

Bill Russell has 11 rings and is very humble. Kobe is a $#%^$#&^#&^#

Actually it does.

The only corner I want him to turn is to become a better less self-absorbed person.

Until that happens, I wish fail upon him.

To be fair, Kobe is one of the biggest ******bags in professional sports. The difference is that his d-baggery is against the backdrop of five championship trophies. By all accounts Lebron is a much better human being than Kobe is, though.

That is actually completely counter to what I have heard from people who have met both of them numerous times.

Tim Duncan is a super nice guy, loves video games and other geek things, and has 4 rings! WINNER!

Can we? I mean, Lebron is playing with two other superstars. Eventually the Heat are going to amass enough talent that they win the title almost by default (as the Lakers did with Shaq and Kobe and their great supporting cast). It is almost inevitable, and when it happens I'm not so sure it will be because Lebron "turned the corner".

this is a valid point.....and makes me smile...as does anything that belittles Her Majesty, LeChoke James

Did you root for the Mavs to beat the cHeat last year?

the hate against Lebron has gone beyond overboard...there was a point in time when the criticism was justified..at this point it is just silly..Lebron will lead his team to a championship and it still wont shut up all the stupid fans..Lebrons image is eerily similar to Romos..no matter what either athlete does it is not enough..I used to dislike Lebron when it was warranted..it has gone so far beyond ridiculous that I am now pulling for him to shut up all the idiots..

The situations are completely different. Romo was an undrafted QB from a school nobody had ever heard of who rose to stardom. Lebron was the most hyped draft pick in history and was annointed "King James" prior to ever setting foot on an NBA court.

agreed..however, none of that matters right now..

they are eerily similar in the sense that no matter how well each athlete plays..they are still losers and chokers

But Lebron DID choke, in the three biggest games of his life he folded like a busted lawn chair. He deferred to Wade and got outplayed by Dirk. Jason Terry called him out in the media and then proceeded to eat his lunch in games four, five and six. In game six he even got outplayed by DeShawn Stevenson. DESHAWN-******-STEVENSON.

The guy seems to lack pride in his craft and just doesn't appear to desire to win all that much.

Only a kid would ever say something this dumb. I'm sorry but that's just flat out stupid.

How is it stupid? You win you have a right to be cocky/arrogant period.

again, when warranted, I have no issues slammin Lebron..he was terrible in the finals last year..

however, situations, like the one that occurred vs the Jazz a few weeks back are just flat out stupid..Lebron scored like 20 points or whatever it was in the 4th quarter alone, led his team all the way back from behind and passes the ball to a wide open Haslem for the game winner and is called a choker and loser..that **** is just stupid..first and foremost, Lebron was doubled. Not only was Haslem WIDE the heck open, but it just so happened to be his favorite spot on the court too..as long as people are being fair with Lebron, I dont have a problem..but to say he choked vs the Jazz is stupid..

nobody says crap about how awful D Wade was down the stretch in that game..he missed a free throw to seal that game..he also made like 2 other mistakes that slip my mind at the moment..but yeah, Lebron lost them that game..sure..

how about the all star game? The East were getting annihilated. Lebron again DOMINATES the 4th quarter, brings his team all the way back and in position to take the lead. who screws up again? D Wade. Guy has a BUNNY for a lay up on a fast break to take the lead and fumbles the ball out of bounds..Lebron proceeds to turn the ball over on the last possession of the game but nobody mentions how badly Wade screwed up.

Am I hating on Wade? Absolutely not..he is clutch..he has proven it time and time again. However, this doesnt mean he can just screw things up in other games and not take blame. Just call it like it should be called and I dont have an issue

how about the clutch 3 Lebron hit vs the Pacers recently to send the game to OT? Does Lebron get any credit for that? nope..nobody even talks about it..it is just like the situation Romo is in..its a confirmation bias..nobody is going to be perfect all the time..when Lebron succeeds, nobody cares..when he fails..oh, its Lebron choking again..just like it is with Tony..

dumb
