I don’t think they will do that.I would try and work a deal and sign than trade Dak, Parsons and a #1 pick for Love. Roll with Rush for a season and ready to go next year.

Then who do we replace Dak with?I was thinking the same thing.
If Love tore a knee ligament and is done for the season, Jerry should trade Trey Lance to the Packers for next year's 3rd round pick. Fair deal for both parties.
I think they will be like Washington. Much better than a lot of people are thinking they will beMinnesota might surprise . I like their coach .
I’m still pissed at when they drove Romo’s shoulder into the ground. And no penalty was even called lolThat was a dirty tackle by Philly. Nothing new there.
That's exactly the point. At this point, either Jerry has to pay Dak to help keep this team playoff relevant, or he let's Dak leave via free agency and gambles on a rookie drafted QB next year who will likely struggle for 2-3 years to prove he is capable of carrying the team (huge gamble which history has proven this team has failed with over the last 30 years). That's why I say, the grass isn't greener most of the time on the other side of the road. Then who do we replace Dak with?
Jerry Would have no choice but to pay Dak $$$$$$.
They aren't replacing Dak and Lance has nothing to do with him. Then who do we replace Dak with?

Willis is terrible. The Packers are in trouble if they rely on him.Malik Willis is the backup. He's really bad. Started 3 games for the Titans in his rookie season, no TD's, 3 INT's.
Man…not sure that’s keeping up with current events. They aren't replacing Dak and Lance has nothing to do with him.
I don't think that's possible but if you want to say they're on the same level that's cool but that just shows me that everyone around here thinks that teams have a plan that are better like they all season wouldn't this have been in the GM's mind that they better have a better plan at backup? But everyone around here says that Jerry is the only one who doesn't have the proper depth that he doesn't bring in the right people like he can cover every emergency that can possibly happen...

It's pretty obvious that they are signing Dak.Man…not sure that’s keeping up with current events.
If Love is out long term, their season is over. Why spend draft capital just to get through the injury, better to sign a free agent or go with the backup.Willis is terrible. The Packers are in trouble if they rely on him.
I don't want to give up on Trey Lance, but I have to agree he would be a good fit in Green Bay and Jerry could get a second round pick if he negotiates hard.
Green Bay seems to be in real trouble.
Dak is under contract this year. If they don’t extend him, He would be a free agent next year. Couldn’t they just franchise tag him next season and be $ ahead both years? That's exactly the point. Resign Dak while drafting a young QB to groom while keeping this team "at least" playoffs compatible.
He has a no tag clause.Dak is under contract this year. If they don’t extend him, He would be a free agent next year. Couldn’t they just franchise tag him next season and be $ ahead both years?
I think Lance has shown why the 49'ers were willing to trade away picks to get him.If Love is out long term, their season is over. Why spend draft capital just to get through the injury, better to sign a free agent or go with the backup.
Nobody is giving up a second for Lance, what has he shown to be worthy of a second or that he can somehow salvage the season for Green Bay?
Jerry doesn’t want to trade Lance. They’ve got plans. If Love is out long term, their season is over. Why spend draft capital just to get through the injury, better to sign a free agent or go with the backup.

getting farther in the playoffsHow do you quantify that “made more progress” ?
It’s seems overly simple and on its face not really right. Define it for me.
Initial reports are his ACL is intact. If Love is out long term, their season is over. Why spend draft capital just to get through the injury, better to sign a free agent or go with the backup.
