Ask yourself when was this team at its best? When we ran the ball.. took pressure of dak and didn’t have him throw 40 times a game. Having a run game also kept the defense off the field… and traveled in all types of weather.

It isn’t a sexy pick…. But putting a mauler like this next too Tyler smith and cooper bebee is nice. If we can capitalize and not mess up the next couple days.

If the cowboys can come away with a goid WR. The RB class is pretty deep but a good WR across from lamb is realky impirtant, helps the run game and keeps us from having to target lamb every down
 
I'm not mad at this pick. Especially if they take an rb reasonably high. We are not one player away so if they are actually building a team with a theme, I am fine with that. I am glad they took what they felt was bpa instead of getting cute with trade backs.

Huh? How? I guess you didn't see that Overshown is out for 8 games, Kendricks is a FA, and Damone Clark is still his 18 wheeler like non-turning self. We have no NT, highly questionable CBs and only serviceable S's.

What in the world are you seeing that makes you say it's better?

The help we need on D easily trumps anything we need on O. I mean, it's not close.

WR, Yes, RB not a big deal.. so many could be there in the 5th , better yet package lower picks get back in the 4th might be starter still there..they may GO DT/CB with one today..

I mean for sure I would hope they get one of the best runners still on the board today i'm not saying not to but I'm saying don't be surprised I mean one of their first round targets was Will Johnson what if he's still there I'm betting they take him we have a big hole at corner my man I know we want skill players...

What would you not want to happen that would be a stupid pick on day 2?

For me it would be doubling down on oline, grabbing a TE, or just reaching for a player a couple rounds earlier at a position that has other guys there with much higher grades.

I'm starting to get the feeling they're not going to pick a running back until the 5th round there might be some good ones down there I think they're too content with what we have and they're looking to fill defensive tackle corner and wide receiver that they might wait till the 5th round and like I said who knows blue can be there he'd be a good addition to the veterans we have I'm not sure who else will drop down there but there's quite a few running backs so they could end up getting a starter in the 5th round by accident...

I don't like what I'm hearing with all these quotes and some of it could be a smokescreen but they seem to be content on waiting on a running back as long as they pick one of the best ones there in the 5th or maybe package their 5th and 6th to move up into the 4th maybe RJ Harveys there or Giddens &blue....

Right or what if Sanders is there and they pick him at forty four oops Probably not a bad flex but yeah tight end and quarterback probably safety I think we've got depth at safety we don't need a safety but the fact is we definitely need a corner a wide receiver a defensive tackle and finally a running back but I'm starting to read stuff I don't like Steven Jones attitude it could be a smokescreen but they seem content on waiting till late to get a running back possibly in the 5th round and they may find one a good one still leftover but I don't like it running back is still a high priority to me...

I been hearing a lot of rumbling about a Breece Hall trade. I would be happy if they can pull that off.

I like Judkins and will be happy if they draft him. I question how much importance the FO places on drafting a RB that early.
 
Booker was a great pick. We all wanted a running back but the Cowboys first got a guy that made sure the RB won't be getting stuffed behind the line of scrimmage.

Judkins or Kaleb Johnson in the 2nd round or Sampson or Tuten in the 3rd and I'll feel even better.

who needs a RB? after the monster we took last night, even Deuce Vaughn can run for a 1,000 this year.
