don't be too hard on philly. afterall, their most famous sports figure is a fictional character...
McNabb was a top qb for a decade. Some of you should show yourselves some respect and at least act like you watch football rather than skim through it.
Took a team who had been awful the previous 2 seasons back to the playoffs in only his second year with the team, and on to 4 straight division titles after that.
Carry on..
Weak, but, it was one.. Nice job.
There are plenty of others if you need 'em.
Has Tony Romo done that yet? I don't think its weak at all.. i just think you are preconditioned to say bad things about McNabb no matter what.
No, And, quite frankly, I am a little skeptical that Romo will ever do anything close to that.
You are correct about one thing. I am VERY preconditioned about saying bad things about McFlabb or any other egals player.
I don't play the new "oh, just show some respect for some other team's players and blah blah blah".. Naw,.. It's Cowboys or nothing.
And so? Top of what? frankly a philthy fan like you really need higher standards.
No one on the Eagles has ever won a championship with the team.. does that mean they've NEVER had a great player on the team?
Your logic is silly.. McNabb was a great QB for them. He'll get HoF consideration even. Anyone who knows anything about his career there would understand why they are retiring his number. He and Andy Reid took that franchise from nothing to being a contender every year for a decade.
I don't believe having sportsmanship or class is really anything new, but hey.. that's fine.
I don't see why its hard to cheer on your team, while at the same time acknowledging that every other player in the NFL isn't completely terrible. That's just me though. Carry on.
Even money the Eagles fans boo him at the ceremony...
lol, gimme..
Learn how to speak English and then i may give minor consideration to your opinions.
At least you half a sense of hummus.
I like that in a . . . a . . . person.
As to my English belief me I am trying hard. Every day in every way I am learning and growing. I hope you can be at my gradation ceremony and beam with pride.
