Most of the stuff he has done is on instagram and I don't know you can post videos from there here but he has gotten fairly massive this year in the upper body and core.

That is the build I expect from a LB. Most WR are much more lean through the chest, shoulders and midsection. If he can keep his speed then watch out because he looks to have the strength to rip through jams now.

I really like the work Woicik has been doing. Players seem to be getting stronger at a better rate and Claiborne notwithstanding the soft tissue injuries are not near as common.

Cannot wait for TC and I for one would love to see Lucky win a starting job. That 4.3 speed would be a major boon if he still has it.

Also that is Dre Kirkpatrick of Bengals fame he is working out with.

He's definitely ripped..not sure how much strength he really has..he's a little guy...obviously not a power player...not sure the added bulk will help all that much

excited too, especially after last year's albatross - like the year w/o Christmas. He looks pretty cut, hopefully he'll put that bulk to good use on ST duties. Only a week or so away for TC and come 8/19, we'll have Cowboys football for the next 5+ months!!!

He only has to beat CB like the one that is in front of him in the picture. Everything is relative of course but the guy looks very strong for his size. The amount of work he's put in is remarkable. He is hungry for that playing time.

Looks likes he wants the roll that Harris used to fill. If he can get to 200lbs without losing speed, he's got a better shot at being on the field to block from WR

Lucky showed some potential last year for sure...take care of the ball, and we might have a good return man...interested in eagan as well.

I have zero doubt he went above and beyond but he's also been with Woicik since March. The two months were likely January and February.

The photo I posted is from nearly a year ago, so I agree that he didn't just discover the gym under Woicik.

I don't think training is where he needs to catch up, it's the stuff the position coaches teach.

If he shows good play strength in camp and preseason, the #2 spot is open and should be even more open next year

Fuzzy, from your mouth to God's ears. We need a WR with speed to take the top off of the defense...and one that can catch a short pass and break it for a big one. That's our issue in my opinion. A WR can catch a 5-7 pass and immediately get tackled. I want to see CBs having to play off the line of scrimmage and Safeties having to play really deep allowing those 15-20 passes that make Zeke and the line even more important.

One of the comments last year before TC started by Stephen Jones about Lucky, when asked about his size.
He said if you see him, you realize how "sturdy" he is. Meaning he is not a frail as you may think he is from his size.

He played last year at 170-175 hes now 183. It doesnt look like the extra weight is fat either. I think it will help. It seemed like he was getting better as the year went on.

Nice find. I didn't catch that. The chicken legs do seem bigger but not what I had at first thought. Guy definitely puts in the work.
