Barr may be that ILB that I'm referencing.
His ability to diagnose pre-snap then attack downhill in correct gap with aggression and physicality without hesitation compared to LVE.
Like video describes, Barr is a "greeter" meets them in the hole. LVE is more of a catcher, waits for play to develop.

LVE is a mediocre linebacker. His one sack is actually a shock to me and was actually mop up. He never gets tackles for loss, always gets blocked at the second level, slow and lumbering, zero ability in pass coverage, and never sticks his nose in the hole to fill the gap. He just flat out sucks. He will be gone next year. Jabril will more than likely take over the position by years end. Hopefully sooner than later. LVE is patently sub average.
