He is too damn nice . . . needs to start playing pissed off

This is what I’ve seen….not aggressive enough at attacking the running back, he too often sits a back and waits for the play to get to him a few yards downfield, let’s himself get blocked out of a play (doesn’t look like he fighting to get around it).
