Assuming that Jerry is actually trying to win this year and not clean house and tank for 25, then Gilmore, Tart, and Dobbins would be my targets.

With Diggs coming back from injury Gilly can hold down the fort until he is 100% and then would be rotational guy who provides some quality depth.

Tart is a young depth guy with some nice upside. Graded out better against the run and overall than Hank, and way better than Mazi...so there's that.

Dobbins is a cheap flyer on a guy that had some bad breaks but is still young and due to his unfortunate injuries, doesn't have a ton of wear and tear on him. Averaged about 6ypc with Bal. He's a dice roll for a high ceiling and RB depth. Still need to draft someone.
