Madden 13 Raw Gameplay of RGIII & Andrew Luck

Looking at the amazing dynamic environments and crazy good graphics coming out of E3 this year, like what they're doing with Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and Star Wars 1313, it's down right offensive how poor Madden 13 looks.

Star War 1313 looks like you're playing a cinematic trailer. Madden 13 has graphics that haven't changed in five years except for texture updates and lighting changes. It's embarrassing.

I stopped buying Madden two years ago and likely won't buy another any time soon. The quality of other games on the market just blows Madden out of the water.

Don't even use Star Wars 1313 and Black Ops: 2 in the same sentence

I agree. Star Wars 1313 looks infinitely better than Black Ops 2 graphics wise... but Black Ops 2 looks infinitely better than Madden. It's just ridiculous when you compare the them side by side.

I'm not too excited about the setting and concept of 1313, because i was never into the bounty hunter and undergrounds of Coruscant, but I'll play it because I'm excited for how amazing it looks and there isn't a Star Wars game that I will not play.

Black Ops 2 submerses you into a world with so many things happening around you that it truly feels real. They at least put some work into the realism and detail to put out a game that looks high quality. Are you telling me Madden can't do that with a football stadium? The sidelines at least? Heck if Madden used the character detail CoD uses, it might even be enough for me to buy the game. Might.

I am usually a big madden fan but I dont see much change at all. Looms the exact same. And if your going to feature rg3 in one of the first demos do a better job with his dreads!!

A lot of Madden defenders tend to approach it as a football fan.

Over time I've begun to approach it as a gamer. That kind of perspective makes you realize just how bad Madden is.

Wow, those sounds are a blast from the past. I think even as a kid I thought that game sucked, still played it though.

This was the case last year. I said the same thing about Battlefield.

Other games are just leaving Madden in a steamy pile of poop when it comes to graphics.

This sums it up perfectly, imho. I definitely defend it from the fan approach. And I agree with your perspective from the gamer approach.
