I guess that's your opinion. I've seen Dwayne Harris make more plays for this team then I have Cole Beasley. And he can play special teams. This obsession for a 2nd or potentially 3rd slot receiver is ridiculous. I could see if we didn't have Miles or Harris here but we do.

Also Romo had like 3 picks throwing his way. The problem I see is he is so small that you can't be a "little" off with the pass. Most 3rd CB's are bigger and can out jump him or get a jam on him within 5 yards a guy his size is a dangerous thing for a QB specially one who will gamble a bit.

He made 2 less catches than Dwayne Harris on 7 less targets. Only had 1 less first down. Despite being a rookie last year.

Has more yards than Dwayne Harris in preseason despite missing two games. And he has a touchdown.

Lets be fair here Harris didn't really start getting snaps until KO went invisable. Again Harris was the 4th WR and he didn't get a lot of reps so how does this change when Beasley is now the 5th WR. It's highly doubtful that Beasley will get a ton of action unless there is an injury. All you have to do is look at the snaps Harris got as the 4th WR. It's only going to get tougher with Williams here and with the 12 package as the base offense.

Your observation is so true, I hate to be associated with this side of the fan game. That being said I still believe in Danny Coale, his college tape showed a football player, hopefully once his knee is fully recovered he can get back to form and push up the talent level of our WR's.
