Still don’t know what the specific injury is (other than it being a hip), but the way it’s been reported and the fact he had to have surgery that quickly tells you the severity/seriousness of it.

I think there was a solid chance he ended up passing Davis on the depth chart at some point anyway. It sucks for Davis, but we should be alright.

I’m not convinced of that. I’ve seen Davis play a lot and know how good he is and he’s pretty good. Emari’s been here like two weeks

For those of us that watched Bo Jackson, hip injuries are scary.

I remember that well. Against the Bungles. He was having a great game. The sports world lost out that day. Though he continued his baseball career at a much lower level than before. Football was over.

Damn. Life is definitely not fair. Davis finally gets his shot to start the year on the roster with significant snaps and now his career is probably over.

Bo knows RBs don't come back from hip replacements.

That was my first thought. But if he comes back from this it'll make for that much more of a story. If not, there must be something else for him in life.

Hip point is the gyrating mechanism for whole body. Its not isolated like, legs, feet, fingers etc..

I like this idea. He knows the offense. At least sign him to the PS. I wish we could bring back Blue but just to the PS and not to the 53.

..yep, good point. I thought same thing, it was Friday.

Only way that type of injury occurs is full weight upon it, landing on ground, I imagine.

I don't think that will be a move right away I think Israel is the only one they're gonna leave there Guys like Phil can be picked up at any time my gut says they're rolling with what they have until they need more But I think Arizona having Benson and Connor on IR which at any time they can be cut when they're healed up enough or when Arizona needs to release them..

In the end I thought Benson and Connor were the ones that were interested in coming here 'cause of Adams same with the EMari.

So in the end there are players already being stashed on other people's practice squads and IR that the Cowboys will have an eye on especially those two they're doing us a favor there's like holding them on IR why the Cowboys wait till they're needed that would be if Williams goes down I believe Israel is the one that leave on the practice squad they'll elevate Emari..

But we are over discussing RB2 Maybe you all don't realize when Sanders went down last year people don't even remember him they barely remember him that's why it was seamless he gets hurt the next guy up comes in and maybe we should give credit to the blocking schemes the offensive line the play calling the run game is better than it has been in a really long time and it's not just the players it's the scheme and maybe for once we have one of those plug and play schemes especially in the run game that's friendly to just about anybody you bring up can be successful in it..

That is because there are these things called non contact injuries or you could trip and fall wrong Maybe you dove and you landed hard on your knee and it shoved it into your hip I mean there are things that happen that are unexplainable injuries come out of nowhere sometimes..

So yes we've seen Sean Lee blow hamstrings i've seen over shown with an ACL more Acls than you could think of that are non contact could have been done through a walkthrough because a walkthrough is more like A half speed but it's not like they're only walking They're kind of bursting half speed just kind of making sure they have the plays down for the game plan and yeah non contact it happens but this necessarily didn't need an explanation he got hurt he probably fell awkwardly and it hurt something..

Mostert is 34, have to think he's pretty cooked. I think out of anyone on that list Sanders makes the most sense.

I would look at Mos; when he's healthy, he is a beast and wouldn't be needed to carry a load here. Javonte goes down, season is over

I'm thinking they just call up Abanikanda and then sign a vet or maybe Mafah to the practice squad.
