But is he healthier ? Kazee had the lone achilles tear, whereas Hooker has had an assortment of nick and serious injuries during his career .
And it had to be a reason why he wasn't passing physicals around the NFL back in the spring.

Kazee has proven he is healthy now, let's see if Hooker passes the physical first. The Cowboys aren't the only team who failed to sign him this offseason.
