Twitter: Malik Turner visiting Cardinals

So they keep Turner on the roster one year though he never played but a few games late. More on ST’s. Then he got more playing time last year. Now they aren’t interested in bringing him back.
He looked to at least to replace Wilson.

Just more FO confusion.
Or he can be replaced in the draft.

Turner has been on 3 teams in his 4 year career. People got excited over a couple of oh-by-the-way TDs late in the Broncos blowout. He's nothing special.
Oh no doubt.

But at the #4/5 guy he can be pretty valuable with experience. We already will have a new / limited receiving group week one (Lamb, Washington, Rookie/Brown) so it would be another familiar face. He likely gets vet min or super cheap.

Meh....

As cheap as we are, I'm surprised they still waste money on Goodwin, who is no difference maker by any stretch of the phrase.

I mention that since Turner is a decent ST player and WR5-6.

Goodwin could never take the field as a corner.

Hey Jazzcat22 He was a feel good story. He had his one shining moment. Not a huge loss

If you think he can at least replace Cedrick Wilson you're the one who's confused.

From the Cowboys Break guys, the team isn’t interested in bringing him back and feel they can upgrade for less.

Then again, they’ve been wrong before…

Not that he's irreplaceable by any means but for a guy likely making near minimum money, he's a solid depth WR. And a STs contributor. Seems like he's the type of inexpensive player you'd like to re-sign.

neither is Noah Brown, and at least he's shown more creative and elusive than the other special teamer.

I’m with you.

In their eyes Brown > Anybody not named Lamb or Gallup

Any chance Turner gets a big enough offer to get a comp pick……

I think Simi or a player we can get in round 6 can fill this hole. No big loss.
