this kid is fast guys, im glad we got him, he might surprise some people... im saying he makes the team and shows what he can do, he could be for us what eddie royal was for the broncos last year... wat do you think???

I don't think he's as explosive as Royal, but I think he can be a decent player in this league.

I just can't see him doing anything this training camp to get himself a spot over Hurd, so it's between him and Stanback. Stanback is the better athlete of the two...

Eddie Royal started all season for the Broncos and had 980 receiving yards.

I'm not expecting anything from Manny Johnson, I don't even know if he will make the roster out of training camp. Jerry Jones said we will look at Johnson as a slot receiver and that he had surprising quickness for his size. But he isn't a return guy and I don't know if he will help at all on coverage units.

Bottom of the roster receivers typically need to contribute on specials to make the cut.

Anyhow, I'm more concerned about how our top four receivers perform than someone who will be fighting to just make the team.

Maybe Manny will surprise, maybe he gets cut, we'll just have to wait and find out.

the last WR spot will go to ogletree or wilson. i think manuel's best chance is the PS.

Are you really comparing a 7th round pick to a 2nd rounder?

I would say the chances are slim to none he has an impact anywhere near Royal did last year...

Johnson will make the team once Stanback has his yearly injury.

this thread makes me laugh. the best case scenario would be for me to look back on this thread and make me ashamed it made me laugh.

He better be good on special teams or he wont make this team.

We invested very little in him and I think that's what we get in return.

Manuel Johnson will probably make the practice squad, Then Stanback will have his yearly shoulder injury and Johnson will ger called up to the main roster..

Who will be this years Danny Amendola... The candidates are:

1. Kevin Ogletree
2. Manuel Johnson
3. Travis Wilson

Travis Wilson is the one I'm going to keep my eye on. He was good at OU and I was hoping we'd draft him.

I think that Johnson will be PS. Ogletree is the better reciever. And Wilson is a sleeper thats gonna make some noise this year.

I wish we could cuss on this site......id tell you my exact feelings on that loser sooner

Danny Amendola will compliment those two speed balls nicely at Philthy. You'll see.
