Media picking the Giants because they are a trendy team right now. To me I see a team that went 3-6-1 last season after a 6-1 start (with some fluky wins).

Don't get me wrong, the Giants are better coached and more talented than the bottom dwellers they've been for the better part of the past decade. But if the Cowboys come out and play clean and play their game there's no reason they can't start 1-0 with at least a ten point win.
The Giants also ran into a very over rated playoff team in the Vikings. They just weren’t very good and the Giants took advantage of that.

Minnesota themselves had a ton of fluky wins and didn’t really belong in the post season. We saw what Dallas did to them in Minnesota.

Now suddenly everyone talks about what the Giants did to the Vikings in the playoffs and gives NY a pass for losing to Philly because they were supposed to.

Pretty much the whole Good Morning Football crew picked the Giants to win and talked about how insulted the home team should be to be underdogs in their own stadium. Then they went on to talk about how the stadium is going to be a “Blue out” with all the fans in blue.

I’m tired of hearing everyone say the Cowboys will go up there and lose. I hope the team is tired of it too.

I really doubt they’ll score more than 20 on us. So I like your 24-17 prediction. I think both QBs will struggle and both running games will have splash plays. But I think our defense will win the slugfest and we get into the end zone and they settle for FGs. I’m not as concerned about our offensive line issues because I think game is going to come down to whose defense is better. That’s why I’m thinking something like 24-17 unless there’s some garbage time scoring at the end. I’m feeling pretty good about this game.

I just don’t see it. We’ve got Micah Parsons for crying out loud. We’ve go an improved interior run defense, we’ve got speed at LB if Barkley tries and goes outside. We’ve got Diggs and Gilmore and Bland. Our safety position is deep.

On offense we’ve got Dak with 3 legit WR’s, an up and coming Ferguson, solid rookie in Schoonmaker, Pollard and Deuuuuuuuce! Turpin?

We have injuries on the offensive line but every damn team in the NFL has injuries. You don’t just quit and lay down like many here have done. You do the opposite. You adapt and overcome. Go Cowboys with the double digit win!
Some so called "Cowboys fans" are disguised haters who get off on negativity. It's expected unfortunately

Any NFL game is tough to win, especially without key starters. We saw that Thursday with Kansas City. I accept that if the Super Bowl champion can lose at home on opening night then we can lose on the road to a division rival. I don't want it to happen, but it's just the first game. The overreaction here to that loss, if it happens, will be worse than the loss itself.

What are some of you worried about? This game will be a blowout for the boys. 31 to 10.

Rockport latching on to victim mentality before the opening game even though no one actually called him out.

Gee, couldn't have possibly seen this one coming.
