The only thing Dallas has going for them is a they are in a trash division but if Washington gets anything decent at QB they will run it.

and I fully agree, we have some highly paid players who are not playing up to their contract. I fully agree zeke and jaylon. I was against drafting Zeke that high. no RB is worth a top 10 pick. its not the 80s or 90s.....and then hand him a super large contract 2 years..>TWO YEARS before his contract ended...Jones caved at the wrong person, wrong time......
and Jaylon...handing hi a large contract for a gimpy guy....mistake...
the OL is dealing with Injuries......Smith is injured a few games a year. that's been the trend, but we haven't dipped in to find his replacement....we are holding on, bascially because Jones feels that there are other priorities......perhaps....but if we end up somehow, with Sewell on the board, its a no brainer. you take him
defense needs help, but you will never be able to BUILD a defense through FA. perhaps a FA here or there. perhaps one to round out the defense, but you can not BUILD a defense through FA. its impossible. there isn't enough money to fill all the holes we have. that is a symptom of bad defensive drafts....ala Taco, Hill, Jaylon, Gregory, Auwzie, Collins, etc.....we just have not drafted well and so far LVE has been more off the field than on the field....he reminds me of Lee. if we don't draft well defensively then we are doomed.
like I said before. we have handed out 7 of the largest contracts for their respective positions. we have signed and given out mid level contracts to 5 or 6 players.....the problem is they have been the wrong players, we have not drafted well and no amount of money is going to fix it.....even if we had the 38M from Dak and put in a free QB, there is not a difference maker available and you can't sign 5 difference makers........you end up with likes of Clowney.......tteasers at best or a bunch of players at the end of their careers looking for a pay check....Aaron Donalds and Chris Jones will not hit the market. teams hold on to their super stars....we just haven't drafted any to hold on to..
again, you do not BUILD through FA. every team that tried failed.....
