Well, I'm pulling for Carolina all the way but I think Gonzaga is probably going to neutralize, to a great extent, what Carolina does well. They are going to match up inside and that could be a real problem for UNC. They have not really shot the ball very well from the field. If Carolina wins tonight, I think they have to shoot a lot better from the field and they have to get out and run well in transition. Of course, that means that they have to be able to rebound. Gonzaga, IMO, can not run with Carolina. That's the key for the Heels IMO.

Almost went to see this game. My Wife had access to tickets but ABQJr. could not get time off. I could have gone by myself but I would rather watch it with my Son. Oh well.......

Why would they do that?
Even if the Zags are a number 1 seed, its a great story.
The NCAA has been milking NC State and other stories for 30 years now.

Yeah, that's true but I feel like when I do see Carolina play in a NC game, if I ever do, it's going to be something I want to do with that guy. He's been watching Carolina basketball with me for 20 years. Since he was about 7 or so. Same with Lakers, UT Football and Cowboy Football. He don't much like Baseball thou.

Collins was absolutely screwed by the refs from the word go and now the refs have decided to make themselves bigger than the game.

I thought the game got called in such a way as to effect the actual tempo and flow. I don't think either team got screwed on the calls. Couple of bad calls and they were on each side IMO. Offensive game for both teams, horrible. Both teams missed some really easy shots. What I think we saw last night are two teams who dominated the entire NCAA with the post game, pounding the boards for Rebs and strong Defensive play. Maybe this is what happens when two teams meet each other and do those things to each other?
