It all starts today, the second greatest sporting event of the calender year behind the NFL playoffs. Here's hoping Texas, A&M, Tech, and Kansas do the Big XII proud

You forgot one Big 12 team. ;)

How does Louisville a 6 seed get a virtual home game in Lexington but the higher seeds in that region have too travel too N.O. and Columbus OH?

Nice work Tard, one and done

Maybe Knight should get some maroon tinted glasses for his players to wear on the court so they will think they are playing their superbowl against A&M every game

Acie Law is just too good for words. A&M struggling with Penn, and he goes on a 10-0 run all by himself to create some distance

A&M is Tceh's superbowl in everything. Their massive academic, athletic, and overall lifestyle inferioty complex is overwhelming

one of the guys that works for me has a freshman poultry science (I think) class with Law and said he sleeps while his personal note taker chick takes notes for him. Just a normal day for a college athlete I guess.

Poultry science (and pretty much all courses in the Agriculture field) doesnt even require note taking at all to make good grades. It's possibly the easiest class on campus. I'd sleep in there too.

Thanks, explains why he'll be an Honors graduate then. Looks like Wright was right.

Maybe... we like to call the Raiders the desert Aggies... But Tech has always had better basketball teams, at least since I've been alive.

No, Wright said his teammates couldnt have gotton in without an athletic scholorship. I know for a fact that Josh Carter, Joseph Jones, Donald Sloan and Acie Law all graduated high enough in their HS class to be seriosuly considered for admission into any state college. I play at the rec in College Station with some of the basketball players and most are far more intelligent than people give athletes credit for.

How can you blame an All-American PG who is a future NBA lottery pick to take an easy course in college? What reason does he have for taking hard classes when he has already graduated?

Tceh's basketball program has been to the sweet 16 once, the same number of times Texas A&M's has. Neither has ever been further.

Tceh is to A&M as A&M is to tu, except A&M actually has comparable academics, facilities and average graduate income as Texas. Tceh fans just wish they had half of what A&M and Texas have as far as resources.

Texas A&M: 19 conference titles, including 1 Big XII title and 2 Big XII south titles, and 1 national title

Texas Tech: 0 conference titles, 0 Big XII titles and 0 Big XII south titles, and 0 national titles

They arent even close. Tceh has managed to win a lot lately because, again, it's their superbowl and they get up for it so much every year. The 3 largest crowds in Tceh football history are against A&M, and in 2 of those years A&M wasnt very good.
