Well, it's upon us.

Folks around here are pretty excited about the Tourney. Both UNM and NMSU are in so lots of fans looking forward to the games.

NMSU has a really tough bracket with the Ville, Duke, Michigan St. and St. Louis so I don't hold out much hope for them. UNM, however, I think they have a great chance to advance deep. They have Gonzaga, who I think is the weakest of the 1 seeds and Ohio State, who is very beatable. I don't really know how good KSt. can be but I feel good about playing them. Arizona is a team that can be really good if they play well on defense. I like the Lobos chances in the West.

Who's your team and what bracket are they in?

I'd love to see a team like New Mexico pull it out. Even seeing Gonzaga win one would work for me.

I'm fairly confident that Memphis can win their first game. The second not so much.

I don't know if Gonzaga is as good as everybody thinks they are. I am hoping we get the chance to find out thou. Ohio State is going to be a tough matchup for us if we can play well enough to meet them in the final 8.

Carolina has a tough, tough bracket. They play one game, which is not a gimmie in Villanova and then BAM! We got Kansas. That wasn't a mistake by the Committe. Don't know what we did to deserve that but I hope we don't do the same thing next year.

I have the Ville, UNM (Home Team), J Hawks and Canes advancing to the Final 4.

I have the Ville and the Canes playing in the NCG and I Have the Canes winning it all.

It hurt me to do it but but I picked Loserville to win it

They Certainly could Yeags. A lot of people think they are good enough and they are decent but I just can't pick against the Canes. I've watched them all year and they just look so strong at every position. Do everything well. Doesn't matter, I'll be pulling for the Heels and UNM regardless so, you know, I'm in the minority.

Yeah. The 'Heels could have a real short touney. Hope not, but my expectations are real low.
After losing 4 guys in the 1st round--and especaialy losing some unexpectedly--I'm fine with how they did this year.
Hey Kentucky didn't even make it.

Yeah, but the Cats are restocking and next year, they will have Nerlins back. Had they had him all season this year, they would have made the tourney and would have had a high seed as well. They are recruiting like Memphis State used to. Just ask Yeags.

i like miami a lot! i think they will get to the championship game and lose to either kansas or lousiville. i think ohio state will be the other final four team. should be a great tourny

The Ville perhaps. Kansas, I don't see that. Kansas and Miami would have to play each other in order for either one to get to the championship. I don't really think Kansas can beat Miami but I guess we'll see.

Ya for some reason when I saw my bracket I thought it was the top 2 brackets vs the bottom two and not the left vs the right. But ya I guess I like Louisville over Ohio state and Miami over Kansas, I'll stick with my finals picks

Oh I know they will be back and Pastner isn't doing such a bad job at recruiting himself. Last I looked we have a top 5 class next year.

Tough luck Yeags, Kentucky falls to Robert Morris in the 1st round of the NITs. Better luck next year.

If that UNM Ohio st. game where to happen it would be the biggest game in UNM history. A real opportunity for our program to turn the corner. UNM has a great chance of making the sweet 16 and have a decent chance of making a deeper run....final 4..... I have Duke beating Indiana for it all.

All right, it has begun! I'm getting out of work in just about an hour to head to my Buffalo Wild Wings for an afternoon of madness!

I have a pretty typical final four, I think: Gonzaga, Duke, Georgetown, Syracuse. I have GEEEEEEEEEEE-town beating 'zaga for the title.
