Well, I don't think his importance in the lockerroom and value as a mentor can be understated. That's been pretty big for a relatively young team.
I do think he's struggled on the field though, and I wonder if his back injury has something to do with it. I'm hoping that he gets better as the season wears on.
The other thing I have wondered about with Marco is how he feels about the heat? I know he's had time to adjust this season, but he spent his career in cold weather.
