Marion Barber almost gets a 1,000 yards

If I read his stats through last weekend correctly then the 91 yards he ran for today put him over 1000 yards rushing for the season for the first time in his career. Congrats to Marion on his 1000 yard season with a better than 4 yard per carry average.

I don't think he got 1000. I'm not sure of his exact total, but he had less than 850 yds going into today's game, I'm pretty sure.

I believe he finished at 932 yards for the year. According to NFL.com he had 932 year in 15 games and I believe he missed a game earlier in the year.

He has 932 yds after today's game (841 plus the 91 today). He finished with 7 TD's and a 4.4 yd average. Not a bad season.

The three-headed giant finished with 1,966 yds (I wish they would have gotten 2000 - thxs Refs) on 394 carries for an average of 5.0yds/carry and 13 TDs. I think it will be even better production next year.

My gut feeling is, not all 3 will be here next season, one of the 3 will either be traded or released.

Why would we release any of them???? The only way i see us losing one is when they become an UFA and decide to play somewhere else where they will be a full time starter.

Barber had a good first half for sure...I don't doubt that tashard coudln't have equaled (or surpassed) Barbers productions if given a chance

Releasing Marion is an option with his heavy contract and the cap-free year, but I believe someone would offer up atleast a 3rd round pick for him.

You're not very likely at all to get a player of Barber's caliber in the 3rd. That makes no sense to do that. If his salary becomes a hindrance then we'll release him, but it hasn't happened yet.
