this is what Mariucci suggested-

compare their numbers, they both make it to the Super Bowl after only 4 yrs. both at 13-3-

This is sacreligious! How can anyone make the comparison! Like comparing Staubach to Drew Bledsoe or Quincy Carter- come on Steve!

Pure nonsense. Grossman will never be a Pro Bowl QB.

I think Marriucci just trashed his chances to get back into the league.

That's the dumbest thing I've heard.

Comparing Grossman to a HOF QB. Right!

That is pretty crazy. Mooch knows better than that. Maybe he was out to late with Meion last night.

Mooch is a ntiwit. Maybe he's angling for a job with the Bears as QB coach or something.

Mariucci = Idiot.

True, but a few years ago, there were many fans who actually wanted him as a head coach for the Cowboys. I even think I heard his name been murmurred recently.

His disaster in Detroit should be enough to make anyone think twice. That team was undisciplined and untalented. He added poorly coached to the equation.

I'll take that bet.

he might make some probowls, but the pure thought of Grossmas being similar to Aikman is laughable...they are both QB's, thats about where the comparison ends

Aikman was EONS more gifted as a passer and leader than Grossman is

Put it this way, Troy never had announcers going "I wonder which Aikman shows up today. If he can start okay and get hot early, the Bears might have a chance to win".

I can honestly say I have not seen more inept quarterbacking produce 13 wins before.

Im not arguing that. The guy said he wasnt ever going to be a Pro Bowl QB when in reality he was a Tony Romo away from doing it.

I disagree with that. Complete non-sense comparing him to Aikman but i do think Grossman will make at least 1 Pro-Bowl especially with the lack of Great QB's in the NFC. the only truly great QB really is McNabb and he's always getting injured now.
