With JJ/Lacewell/Campo back in town, if this guy makes our 53 we are soon on the skids. JJ needs to stay out of roster calls and local bias.

Way to go out on a limb, Nors.

If anyone wasn't sold on Danny yet, they should be now.

Back to Nors' nonsense... I love the "local bias" angle. Who wants to bet that if Amendola had played at Central Connecticut State he'd touted as a gritty undiscovered gem? :rolleyes:

I'm a little confused. Given the production your team got out of Welker and all of the comparisons between the two being thrown around, I thought you would be big time in Danny's camp.

Wouldn't that mean that the great Ricky Santos was throwing the ball to him? :D

Eggzackly. ;)

I remember when we were supposed to watch out for the great Zuriel Smith, because someone had seen him personally, in the stands at Giants stadium, returning punts for TDs against the mighty Southern Brooklyn Polytechnic.

See, now I would have gone for the dramatic here. Maybe get into a little, "... if you sign this man, you will travel a long and dagerous road fraught with peril. Mm-hmmm. You shall see thangs, horrible to tell. You shall see a... a cow... on the roof of a cotton house, ha! And oh so many startlements!"

I was wondering what set this thread off.

Then I saw this

Hos - You start subtracting Glenn's and adding Amendola/Stanbacks of the world and you get back to 5-11 in a hurry.

Campo gets too much credit for 90's and a pass on his 5-11 runs as LEADER. Well he and Lacewell are back in Dodge. I hope lessons have been learned.

Unbelievable.

If Armendola makes the final cut.......he would probably be a 6-5 WR at best....if a # 5 OR 6 wr = A 5-11 SEASON......Well, I just don't see any logic in that analogy.:cool::bang2:

You know you're WAY off when ^^^^ is questioning you.

....meanwhile, somewhere Ricky Santos pushes a long row of shopping carts through a parking lot....

I don't even get the local bias argument at all, like texas doesn't produce football players?

I expect Nors to use the local Dallas sports writer excuse..."hey, it's not my job to root for the Cowboys." :cool:
