Mark my words - Amendola

He constantly will tell people he was anti-Henson and points out anyone who was Pro-Henson as evidence they do not know what they are talking about and he does. He conveniently ignores the fact that he himself was Pro-Bledsoe and not Pr-Romo.

That's what everyone who keeps feeding his attention whoring ways needs to realize. He wasn't calling Tony Romo as the starter, in fact when that went down he was DECIDEDLY against it, as anyone who could read that other board would tell you. In fact, shortly before he was banned, he even suggested that we would be going after Croyle or Whitehurst and parting ways with Romo, or extending Bledsoe if the CBA was extended and trading Romo for a 2nd or 3rd round pick.

Blowhard and a fraud. I've said it a few times since he's been back, but I'll say it again. Horrible decision.

I so Nailed Romo - over Henson. I thought Bledsoe after solid 2005 season was still the better player - in fact Parcells later said he wanted to go Romo but Bledsoe outplayed him in camp.

Back to topic at hand.

All those going gaga on Amendola in July, Lets revisit when 53 man roster is announced:) You were warned!

why would you wish a player to fail?

You try too hard to go against the grain just so you can say I told you so later on.

What satisfaction does that garner?

Step 1, find lightning rod issue involving player who is a longshot to make the 53 man roster.

Step 2, hedge your bets with the house, in that this longshot will do what most longshots do, and fail.

Step 3, wait for end result. If the house wins - crow. If you and the house lose, hope everyone forgets about it, and just ignore it for all eternity.

Whitehurst and Croyle to replace the traded away Romo. Inge Furman as the sleeper.

Give me a break, attention *****.

Very good question for which you will never get an honest answer.

With JJ/Lacewell/Campo back in town, if this guy makes our 53 we are soon on the skids. JJ needs to stay out of roster calls and local bias.

Nors will benefit from a nourshing salve for his wounded ego after this thread. I know just the thing...

Unless the have "special" classes at A&M i think it's pretty safe to say he's not
well they do have that chicken plucking major that the athletic dept. seems fond of.

Well I see the usual has happened.

Nors starts a ******** post ...... and everyone takes turns owning him.

No, I just read everyone going gaga over #70 deep on roster, he's the saviour. Wes Welker.

I'm not wavering at all, he gets cut. Sorry, only best 53 make it. I wish no ill will but it is what it is!

No the Pro Amendola clan is starting to waver some here :)

This is yes or no - does he make roster?

Nope

Does your everybody include the coaches and players or just posters on the board you think you can convince you know what you are talking about?

Judging by the posts in this thread, I am sure Nors is whispering to himself "I have still got it!".

who are you afraid that they are going to make the "mistake" of keeping him over?

Maybe Patrick Crayton>........... i know we signed him long term but one could only dream:pray:

Is this one of those I hate his college things?

No it's stone cold reality.

TO
Crayton
Hurd
Austin
Stanback - this who needs to be cut for Amendola to make 53

Now lets argue for a 6th WR, well that 6th better be a ST add or it makes no sense. With Pacman on this roster odds of us going long at WR greatly reduced. And remember Amend - is competing with the rest of the NFL WR's if he makes it to final cuts.

Now lets get in deeper. Where is TRUE depth on this team and looming tough cuts? LB, Dline, Oline is where we go long from a talent standpoint on 53 man..... Not WR:cool:

Cept that we kept all them last year ...... plus Glenn

Now without Glenn you think we will be less likely to keep 6 WR?

Nice Logic.
