He torched us last year on Thanksgiving (2015)
Edit: nm wasn't Thanksgiving

While true, I also don't expect a starting caliber QB as the backup.Did you see Sanchez play today? If Moore and a late draft pick can't beat him out, we're in big trouble.

I think Sanchez was pretty drunk when he played. He played so bad that Jerry contacted Cassell and Weeden to check their availability for next year.He declined to play Qb today. I'm drunk ish, but I'm pretty sure I hate him.
But we still need a decent backup. A decent backup costs you about $5 million, which is what we should expect to "save" by losing Romo. Unless you wanna roll with Sanchize...
I remember Sanchez's first two years in the league. There were people on this forum arguing that he was a better QB than Romo. Fun times.
He did play with a bunch of back ups against a team that the starter struggled to beat, so yeah team game.I was told that QBs didn't matter. It's a team sport.
We should just go with Sanchez for the playoffs. Team plays good, we win.He did play with a bunch of back ups against a team that the starter struggled to beat, so yeah team game.
The guy had a bad game... no doubt...
That's how Sanchez has more than a few playoff wins, yeah. I don't think this team has a defense good enough to carry a poor QB though, why play a worse player? We should just go with Sanchez for the playoffs. Team plays good, we win.
He's third string...What a wuss.........Couldn't take the heat of a postgame interview? Wow...........
