No, not unless you sign him week 2. We need to get the salary cap in check for 2017 and 2018. We will have some options I'm sure. I don't want any salary guaranteed for all of 2016 if we sign him week one.

Sidenote: I hate that guaranteed salary crap.

No need for him to duck we're desperate. Have to get someone in here with experience and if it's Mark Sanchez so be it.

Rather sign Ponder (9ers will cut him or Kam) because already knows Norv's system. And Ponder is backup at best, but Sanchez is a proven dud who just finds new ways to lose.

Sanchez has never played in a scheme like ours.

From college to now everything has been more of a West Coast offense.

I don't think we'd sign him.

I don't know the point of this clip.
As if the poster is so perfect in his life or career.
You could have easily posted Romo bobbling the snap or Emmit the Cardinal meeting the Dallas D, but chose a cheap shot.

The butt fumble is iconic. It would never cross my mind to question why it was posted in any situation let alone a mark Sanchez thread.

When you get an opportunity to post the butt fumble you pull the trigger

I wouldn't sign Colin Kaepernick if he played for free. I would not even let him touch our field. (I assume Kam is a typo and you are saying Kap)

edit: and NO to Sanchez

For all those that say no................. who would you get to be backup to Dak?

And no, Showers isn't the right answer.

The lack of faith in Dak is disturbing, especially in comparison to the blind optimism in Matt freakin Sanchez. Yuck.

I think a lot of us have faith in the Dak Attack but having a QB on the roster that has taken at least one NFL snap may be prudent.

I don't understand where people are getting that this thread is a knock on Dak. Sanchez would be the backup, not the starter

Because they aren't reading the thread. Just see another QB named and think it's some insult to Dak.

lol No thanks. If Dak goes down too, then the season is lost anyway.

I would rather have him and not burn a draft pick on some other scrub veteran but even saying that I don't think he would be any good in this offense.

I don't know that there is a veteran that could come in and help the team to be honest. I would be happier if they went and tried to acquire a guy like sean mannion from the Rams although I imagine he is not getting cut or available for trade.

The Broncos put their kicker's picture above Sanchez's name in last night's game program.
