Yeah thing is a lot of guys look quick and explosive in shorts but if you haven't put on pads in a while it can take a minute to get your body adjusted. But he did play in the USFL? right? Problem is he did absolutely nothing while there.. but the QB play in that league was borderline embarrassing for the most part.

Umm ok, if you saw the beginning of my post I said IF, either he can or he can't we will find out

Lol has a player ever been gone for an extended period of time and come back to play at a high level? Especially a player whose play wasn't all that good begin with

The Cowboys had a guy that did it a couple of years ago. He was messed up, but did play pretty good for a year.

I suppose it doesn't hurt to kick the tires, but I'm not expecting much.
Likewise, an odd signing but he must have had an impressive work out. This is probably mostly about seeing if he can help in the red zone, but I just have a hard time imagining his role, but lets see what he can do.
