Wide receiver Martavis Bryant’s bid to resume his NFL career will reportedly take him to Dallas this week.

Dianna Russini of ***BLOCKED*** reports that Bryant is set to work out for the Cowboys on Tuesday. Bryant was formally reinstated from suspension by the NFL over the weekend.

Bryant was a 2014 Steelers fourth-round pick and he was suspended four games for a substance-abuse policy violation in 2015. He was suspended for the entire 2016 season after another violation and, after being traded to the Raiders, was suspended indefinitely in 2018.

Anybody who's reading too much into this needs to understand this guy is just getting a look might make it on the practice squad he's not in any way shape or form being looked at to take anybody's place on our regular starting rosters that make game day active....

You could put that in three inch headlines because when I look at our team wide receiver is not an issue...

The biggest issue we have on offense is the offensive line particularly right tackle and the run game that would be particularly the whole lines not opening up holes...

On defense we're just giving up too many long drives and too many points...

Got plenty of time left this year but this type of post as if somehow this guy's a big deal he's being worked out just in case kind of like we brought in Ty Hilton last year but that was because we had a rash of injuries and nobody was playing well however this year we've got plenty of options if we have time to throw the ball and get guys open before the rush gets to Prescott you realize he got sacked like three times on the last drive I mean how many times was he sacked in the game like five or six did we watch the Rams game I think if anybody reading anything into this they're way overreaching....

Wow hadn't heard that name in quite a while
It’s been like 5 years since he’s played. Jerry just can’t admit the mistakes he’s made at WR the past couple of years. Gallup hasn’t returned to form and Cooks has been a disappointment.

When I think about this, and evaluate the player, to me it seems like they are trying to get better in the redzone, even if it means working out older guys who can get in and score in the endzone. Makes sense.
