Hopefully, you will also take into consideration that the "skills" you are referring to include blocking. However, there has been no indication from the front office or coaching staff that precludes whether he will be any more heavily involved in the offense passing scheme than last season. In other words, you may be set on seeing him go off like Witten or Antonio Gates, but his overall receiving production may only be a fraction of theirs.
Even so, that could translate into him making solid contributions for the offense. It's a matter of understanding what's practical and what's not.
