They wanted to do that to Tyron before he came back and had a Pro Bowl season his last year here.

Martin played injured this year.

I absolutely love Martin—he is one of the best Cowboys ever. If he has truly played his last game, at least for the Cowboys, I will be sad to see him go.

At the same time, I am not heartbroken that he is done for this season, we really need to see what we have in our young linemen, there really was not reason for Martin to come back this year.
