Japan is awesome, it's like they are stuck in some alternative universe where metal and hard rock is still king and there was never any grunge/mope rock{which is a good thing}.
Mentioned it before but i saw Paul Gilbert in a small club around 1990, was less than 10 yards from the guy. He is just a sick player, it's insane how good of a player he is.
