He was pretty mobile and accurate when he got his feet underneath him. He had some pretty decent passes. The problem is that he is too prone to throwing it while out of position, on the run, or off his back foot. He tries to throw into too many tight windows, but doesn't have the arm strength to do it anymore. All 3 of his passes were picked because of his lack of arm strength.

That lame duck throw to Williams was inexcusable. It looked like a punt.

The success of the running game was mainly due to having a guy capable of passing in the NFL, but there is a reason why he was a 3rd string QB in Buffalo. He tends to stare down receivers. His mistakes directly cost us the game, there is no doubt about it. You don't win many games in the NFL giving it up 3 times.

I understand that throw to Williams on 3rd down, but I think it was first or 2nd.

Bill Belichick went 11-5 with that guy quarterbacking our team, if that doesn't say he's an all time great coach nothing does.

Our system must be fool proof because Cassel is really a terrible player.

You wouldn't believe how many people were telling me that the INT to Williams (picked off at the 1-yard line) was Williams' fault.

Crazy.

The deep throw was awful...just a flutterball.

Aikman was giving him a pass on the pick 6. He totally blamed T Will. Not sure how I feel about that one.

The touchdown attempt was the only under thrown ball. The others was a misjudgment on Cromatie's recovery speed and the other was a result of Williams not breaking hard out of the cut.

I know you write for ratings, but Cassel brought the team back to tie the game.......If my memory serves me right...the SPECIAL TEAMS directly cost us the game.....guess you missed the DYWANE HARRIS TD RUN or just didn't think that was big enough attention getter for your article.......either way.....that was the decisive TD ....

Yes, that didn't help, but spotting the team potentially 10 points doesn't do much, either. Did you have much confidence that he was going to drive down for a game winner with 1:20 left?

While I don't question BB's credentials I still have to add that he had the whole team (offense and defense) fully healthy around him. Wait until Dez is back and I think MC will be even better ..

7 years is a LONG time in the NFL. He isn't that guy anymore.

He was never good, before Brady went down when he was our backup he got pulled from garbage time mop up duty in the 4th quarter cause he came in and turned the ball over and Belichick put Brady back in.

I expect a qb with his first start to have some timing miscues with the Wr's. It happens. He had some great throws. That one to witten was ridiculous.

It was awful.

The pucks were on him. Twill could have helped though.

No doubt Romo would have done better but lets not forget Romo and Dez were in the first game. We're at a disadvantage but so is every team. Stop the excuses! The Giants suck and they beat us.

You mean a turn over machine?

Pretty much. He makes some good plays, and some terrible ones. He's a career loser and was the Bills' #3 option for a reason. Expecting much more than what we got from him is a pipe dream.
