Matthew Golden should probably be our pick

I know he clocked that time but he doesn’t look that fast on the field
I agree so much with your post. I watch ALL his highlights to get familiar with his speed. I was thinking, he is the slowest eye test 4.29 , 40 yd dash guy I have ever seen lol. Then I read your post. Hope we are wrong if Dallas takes him!

The major lead problem is .. we have an overpaid starting QB who has deep ball accuracy.issues, imo

.Constantly overthrew wide open speedy Brandin Cooks on fly go deep ball routes. .Frustrating

.Is it just me or does it seem like Dak's deep ball accuracy is so erratic and just comes and goes ?
In his last full season:

“✭ 1st in Deep Ball Catchable Pass Rate (64.7%)”

I would prefer Tyler Warren a thousand times over, a better weapon for this offense, I don't know why he isn't being considered.
I agree this guy might be a huge matchup problem for Dallas if they were to draft him,he is 6 ft 6 with serious hops.He would probably be great in the red zone and near the goal line on jump balls. With Warrens athletic ability he could do a lot for your offense, in both the passing and running game.Nobody is going to remember how many tight ends you had on your roster if this guy turns out to be a special player, and helps you win a Super Bowl.

I’ll double down on this…I‘ve never seen someone run such a fast 40 time and not look close to it on tape.

I’d argue Bond plays faster.

I would take Tmac or Egbuka over golden.

Tmac had the least around him and frankly his QB was not that good. He had a lot of bad throws that TMac saved. That duo reminded me of Evans and Johnny Football. Everybody was raving about Johnny Football but Evans saved his bacon many times in the passing game when johnny would just throw the ball up on a wing and a prayer.
Tmac had two seasons of 1300+ yards.

And like I said, he had the least on offense around him compared to Texas and Ohio State.

I like Egbuka because he has done well for more than one season. He has done so with Different QBs and different OCs. He had at least two seasons with 1k+ yards and might have had three if he had played a full year in one season but only played in 10 games.

I like Golden. I like his speed and route running ability. But he is kind of a one hit wonder who only came close to 1k yards in his last year. He also had a pretty good team around him.

I love Golden with a trade back. 12 is too rich.
I expect Dallas to trade down into the 20s unless someone drops to 12 that just can't be passed up.Dallas needs to draft best player available on offense and defense .Players I like in the first round are DE Shemar Stewart DT Kenneth Grant DT Derrick Harmon WR Tet McMillan WR Matthew Golden WR Emeka Egbuka OG Armand Membou CB Will Johnson RB Ashton Jeanty TE Tyler Warren .I would take any of these players in round one .What do you think about this .

I like all of them with a trade back. Except Corner. I prefer Jeanty at 12, and a WR on a trade back.

I think I’d rather have some of these other players plus an extra pick.

Problem is I don’t know why teams would want to trade up in this draft.

We need a team desperate for OL help to move up probably.

I agree with you on this, can't wait to see what happens in the draft. Dallas has a chance to really improve on both sides of the football.
