Max Duggan runs 4.52 your opinion

My opinion is Jerry got some mileage out of a FA Romo and a 4th rounder Dak. He and sonny boy probably think they can do the same with someone like Duggan mid to late rounds. Note: mileage isnt close to a chip. To go further this team needs an actual franchise QB, not someone that cant get it done when the lights are bright. I dont see see Duggan in the franchise QB category.
