8-8 gets is another year of Garrett for sure.

We need to be 3-13.
I till can’t root for losses, not at this point, but I am very close to that point.
To get Garrett and this staff fired.

However, Jerry will not do it, he will not draft a QB, he will not fire Garrett.
So what is the point of tanking or wanting to lose. It gets us nothing.

Fans not buying merchandise, fans not buying tickets on the secondary market. Stop buying the party passes. Then as season tickets holders that can’t make it, less fans in the stadium.
Or the ones that do show up start booing all the time.

Reporters and media need to get balls and ask the tough questions, get with the GROG conquest.
Who cares if Jerry doesn’t allow them access if they criticize him and Garrett. It will draw attention to the issues.

I hate the mediocrity and I love the draft. so this line of thinking should be right up my alley. However, unless it's like week 14 and we are completely out of it, I'll never root for us to "tank." Too many young players to develop, test, evaluate, etc. in meaningful games.

I think the lack-of-accountability, country club atmosphere is toxic now. Losing on purpose would be worse.

Evaluate everyone, from McClay to Garrett, Linehan to Richard, Dak to the nickel cornerback. You can't replace 53 guys in a year. You can replace 15 guys, a coaching staff, and a mentality though.

I love it when people think how they root is going to "strategically" affect anything.

I get the rationale, so resist the urge to tell me I don't understand, it's just not wired in me to root against the Cowboys. Besides, it has as much affect on the outcome as your (alleged) strategic thinking. But to me, losers root for losing.
