Bingo - We have a base of scrub TE's and Parcells is playing his DE's situationally at TE. Great move on his part and makes sense. Ratliff and Canty are serious athletes that can pose an issue to a defense. Great to see Parcells enact my thoughts......

That isn't what he said. We have a rash of injured TEs. Dan Campbell, Jeff Robinson and Jason Witten are not scrubs.

Come to think of it, in PCs last offseason, it seems that the only position Parcells was comfortable with was....well....I guess I don't need to say.

Some folks think that's a good thing, some folks don't... personally, I don't mind it when Nors stirs the fecal matter, except every once in a while when he says something patently ludicrous... if you make a sincere effort at being semi-outrageous, periodically you're likely to go over the top...

I came to understand a little more about Nors when we exchanged a few PMs about the draft back in March and April... can't find it in me to be too hard on the lad since then...

Since then, whenever the outrageous rubbish is thrown out, I just make sure that I can present a rational argument against it. I stay out of the emotional side of it, and argue into submission.

The thing is CR, and you are a great addition to this board, it takes all sorts of threads to make a forum interesting. And yes, not every thread is going to be popular with everyone--- you know that as well as I do.

The Nors/BNA vs. BZ/Hos/LTN/myself are more "show" than actual mean-ness.

Some innocent bystanders tend to overreact at such goings on but when you rationally analyze any of these threads as a whole you'll see the "bombast" is very low-rate compared to virtually all sports forums I've ever participated in.

I've never had a problem with Nors calling me a jester or a buffoon or a clown.

Hey if someone wants to call me a jerk, dummy or idiot then I'm OK with that too! I wouldn't suggest trying that on anyone else but for me I have no problems taking a few shots. This is sports and it is emotional.
