Whether or not all the euphemisms in the world say he should have been ready to resume, the fact of the matter is he wasn't and Floyd hit him with a cheap shot. The dude wasn't ready and the ref wasn't ready.
It goes down as a win and is well within the rules but by any rational person's standards, including the entire HBO staff's, it was a cheap shot.

Take for instance the Browns game last week. Browns were in their huddle yet and the Bengals threw a TD to AJ Green. A GAME WINNING TD NONETHELESS. I dont hear anyone saying that is a cheap shot????
