I think you are really on to something. Mazi won't be ready when the season starts, so with Hankins going to Seattle, we have a huge hole in our D.

They're going to need to make moves in the draft hopefully

Where are you all getting your info from? He's on track to be ready for the start of training camp. Not going to be available at the start of the season? Lol. Let him gain back the weight and let him play in a scheme that isn't all about rushing the passer every single play (including when they run the ball), and then pass judgement. Maybe he sucks, but maybe he doesn't.
