People also ask...

How do I get rid of tendonitis in my knee?

Treatment depends on how serious your condition is. Many people with knee tendonitis can care for it on their own by using RICE therapy (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) and taking over-the-counter pain medication. But some people may need to see a doctor to get relief.

What does tendonitis in knee feel like?

Symptoms of patellar tendinitis include: Pain or dull ache at the top of the shinbone, right under the kneecap. Stiffness, which may make it hard to extend the knee. Worsening pain with certain movements, such as when you squat or walk down stairs. Apr 19, 2021

Tendinitis \ Tendiopathy
The symptoms... leading to diagnoses, types, severities, and causes are so wide-ranging...that the remedies could range from just rest = refrain from physical activity for a few days...to involving extreme and/or prolong treatment to resolve the problem.

Not sure why people get called out? Some of us just want a healthy roster is all. Seeing a player getting a "precautionary MRI" on a knee usually seems concerning. They're not doing it for fun.
Because making a mountain out of a mole hill isn't necessary. Its one thing to say that they are getting a precautionary MRI, it another to overreact and cry wolf. If it turns out to be bad, so be it. We all want a healthy roster, overreacting won't make it so.

Virtual players are virtual players. Video game injuries occur due to an algorithm. Not real life.

It was assumed several members 'freaked out' about the report. No member freaked out over the report. That was why I posted "lol @ the freakout over no freakout"
Cool. Never played Madden, but this topic made me wonder how they handled injuries

Jumper's knee, also known as patellar tendonitis, is a condition characterized by inflammation of your patellar tendon. This connects your kneecap (patella) to your shin bone (tibia). Jumper's knee weakens your tendon, and, if untreated, can lead to tears in your tendon.

Video game players press an odd combination of X, square, triangle and circle buttons, wait for an undetermined amount of time, and presto! They are healed. Hallejujah!

Well, some virtual players are healed. Other virtual players either float away to virtual IR heaven or IR hell. It depends on how much the game controller vibrates.

Hopefully, it's just a case of tendonitis, however even tendonitis really only gets better through rest. Not something you want to rush or else it just comes back. He can probably even play through it (Depending on the severity) but it's going to affect his strength and conditioning work. I wouldn't be surprised if they just shut him down for a bit.
Reviewed Smith's role was at Michigan - disrupt the opposing team's offense by stopping the run.
Perhaps the 1st-round rookie feels compelled to prove he can step up to the plate and be a three-down DT = being a capable pass rusher.
Mazi could just be working himself too hard..resulting in this condition flaring up.
