It’s crazy. For nearly 30 years this franchise has been a NFL bottom feeder. Period. That hurts to say but it is a fact. Fans that get frustrated when bad things happen are well within their rights. Nothing wrong with wanting things to change and get better. An injury to the top pick, at a position that has plagued the team for years, would really suck. Hopefully he will be ok.
Anyone that isn't concerned that our first round pick just got an MRI because his knee has been bothering him is a casual fan.

Why did Mazi get an MRI?
maybe he hyperextended it.....

  • Pain
  • Swelling
  • Trouble moving your knee like you usually can
  • Instability or feeling like your knee is weaker than usual
  • Bruising or discoloration
Knee braces are your friend.

That is nonsense, and you know it. I am the furthest thing from a casual fan, but also have no real reason to be concerned at this point. This isn't LVE with a neck injury, this is a kid who apprently is fine. Clubs have no problem saying an injury to a player is a concern, and the Cowboys are in no way indicating this....if this lingers into the regular season, then yeah, cause for concern

So when they said he was getting an MRI because his knee was bothering him you werent concerned?

Cowboys are notorious for downplaying injuries and they turn out much more serious.

Could be an old injury from college ball.

That part you are correct on, and it's not only the Cowboys but many franchises in sport play the same "precautionary" tale. Everything I read following this suggestss he is fine, they just want to be sure. When things do look serous for team injuries, we are pretty up front about it from what I recall. Who is the last serious injury we played down..?
