Justin Rogers and Carpenter did not block on the punt - Carpenter is to make a hit then release, Rogers is to seal when Bobby releases. Carpenter shot out - no chip block and left a gap that Rogers could not cover. Curtis was to cover the other side - my tivo was blocked due to the camera angle.
