I’m getting tired of this bum coach who doesn’t contribute anything to the offense trying to dictate what type of players can play.

His fascination that only big and tall WRs can play all three spots and players who are better football players can’t play outside just because he doesn't believe in their size.
It’s sad and pathetic and explains why can’t make in-game adjustment or manage the clock.

He needs to be fired if he doesn’t start the season strong.

You still think McCarthy is making major personnel decisions?

Define big and tall. Most the WR”s for years been around 6-1 or 6-2.
To me we need 6-4 or 6-5 type guys for big and tall.

So why did they sign 5-8 155 pound Turpin?

Just another one of your troll threads. Do you sit around and have nothing to do but to come up with this crap all day.
How long does it take you to think this crap up.

Its August. Lighten ^ man. Lets give Fat Mike a fighters chance at least. The 1 thing that I will say is this. It would have been nice to see MM install the west coast offense into the scheme. It would have maximized Dak and pollard I think. Never will understand why Mike has opted not to do that. Weird.

Silly thread number 451.

This kid listens to Brian Broaduss and thinks it makes him a genius :muttley:.
I like BB but the dude is in radio for a reason. Turns out hes not great at talent evaluation. But he is entertaining.

Jerry doesn’t typically fire coaches mid season.. We stuck with this guy for all of 2022

You mean an NFL head coach has a philosophy concerning the types of players that he likes and the type of personnel that he wants on the field?
Sir I agree that is simply outrageous. Whoever heard of such a stupid thing. Well except for every other team everywhere.

Brian Broadass also talks about Pollard getting the ball out of the backfield ....... I have figured this kid out. :muttley:
o_O BB might be a day late etc..but hey he finally can remove the dunce hat.

No offense, but Greg Jennings, Donald Driver, and Randall Cobb weren't exactly tall receivers so not sure what you're getting at.

Anyone 6’-1” or over is big. I’ll take Tyrek Hill over anyone on this squad or the other 31 teams players.

He said it on an interview he wants size in WRs because he thinks that means they can play all three spots of the WRs.

Just forget about route running, speed, quickness, agility, IQ… you just need size and you’re automatically a top tier WR to McCarthy.

And he can’t even call the plays. He needs to let Turnip & Pollard get more reps at WRs and let his ego go.

ditto. His speed and quicks alone beats size all day. If this Turpin kid we signed pans out, we might just have something. He is similar. The element of surprise is huge in the NFL. He might shock alot of teams with his ability. He has a gear that is elite and he can take a 1 yard catch 2 the house fast.
