One of the things I admired about McCarthy's time in Green Bay was that team's ability to pull productive WR's seemingly out of "thin air".

I trust the head coach's eye for WR's.

He said it on an interview he wants size in WRs because he thinks that means they can play all three spots of the WRs.

Just forget about route running, speed, quickness, agility, IQ… you just need size and you’re automatically a top tier WR to McCarthy.

I'm sure it was just a blanket statement, doesn't mean he doesn't value the other things.
