I try not to argue with the Dak homers, but it can be challenging at times. As an objective observer, I understand that every fanbase has passionate supporters who will defend their favorite player no matter what. However, when it comes to Dak Prescott, it seems like there is a particular group of fans who are unyielding in their unwavering support. It's not that I don't appreciate Prescott's skills and contributions to the Dallas Cowboys, but I believe in healthy debates and constructive discussions. There are moments when I question some of his decisions on the field or his ability to consistently perform at an elite level. Unfortunately, these concerns often lead to heated arguments with the Dak homers, who perceive any criticism as a personal attack. It's important to remember that disagreements can be valuable, as they allow us to see different perspectives and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our favorite players objectively. So, I try my best to engage in respectful conversations, presenting my arguments logically and backing them up with statistical evidence. At the end of the day, football is a game of opinions, and it's healthy to have a diversity of viewpoints. However, it would be refreshing if the Dak homers could approach discussions with a more open mindset and be willing to consider alternative viewpoints, even if it means acknowledging the flaws in their beloved quarterback's game.I try not to argue with the Dak Haters. They’re just a bunch of morons.
This is true. A win is a win, but fans aren't happy unless we blow the doors off the other team.the standard Dak is held to is unattainable
1. win the game by 3 scores
2. the defense has to give up atleast 30 points
3. the run game cannot help you
4. the other team has to be FULLY HEALTHY
5. the defense cannot get any turnovers
6. The othe qb MUST throw for 400 yards and 4 TDs
7. The oline cant give you good pass pro
8. The team you play MUST be undefeated having given up less than 0ppg
once this is met...then we pull out the contradictions
Agree with the overpay hurting the team. Dak needs to give the team a little discount during his next contract extension. That’s because he has never won anything and he wants top dollar which causes us to not be able to build a team that can carry him since he can’t carry the team.
Damn.... Well said.I try not to argue with the Dak homers, but it can be challenging at times. This is exactly what you wrote. "The guy will hold all the Dallas QB records and many fans are in a hurry to replace him. Be careful what you wish for fans."did u see what I wrote. He will have the records except what matters most I said. WHICH ARE SB WINS. U may not like it, but its right.
This can't be more spot on. I don't hate Dak as some claim. I want to see him succeed however this is year 8. At least Burrow got the Bengals to the SB. You also nailed it when you said Dak homers perceive criticism as a personal attack.. Every year it's an excuse. Either it's the offensive line or the RB or the tight ends or the WR's or the OC or the HC. I think someone even said it was the waterboy.I try not to argue with the Dak homers, but it can be challenging at times. Bravo Bud! Couldn't say it any better. The Dak homers are exactly the same as the Garrett apologists who literally sat here for 10 years saying he'd be successful elsewhere, it was the Jones family's fault, etc. The guy was not a good coach. People come here and refuse to just sit in the middle and watch. I've supported Dak at times and thought his skillset helped us and I've also realized he has something in his DNA that hasn't gotten us over the top. You can look at it from all levels. There is a lot of Garrett in him and until the demons are exorcised then there will be talk.I try not to argue with the Dak homers, but it can be challenging at times. 100..he's not lying. Hurts can throw 6 ints in one game.
The talk will be about Dak throwing one INT, yet winning the game.
Give props to Dak. The guy is stoic for being center of Defcon 4.
Swagu, mentioned this. Its the STAR. Hate em' or luve em'. They watch the Dallas Cowboys.
The guy will hold all the Dallas QB records and many fans are in a hurry to replace him. Be careful what you wish for fans.
mike won with a young rodgers, who at that time was amazing.as an assistant he has at least 1 other. But, 1 SB ring as HC isn't sufficient? Wow. Vince Lombardi isn't alive, and Jimmy J is retired. What or who will move the needle for you? Who would u replace him with? The guy wins games at least. Even if the wins are ugly.
Maybe this team isn’t good enough to be lead to a championship. All that and a can of corn, problem is Dak isn't leading this team to a championship.....
Maybe he did not trust the WR's.You say you love him but you ran the clock down on him.... hmmm
