If they win this game, yeah they did win a playoff game. But let's not kid ourselves, they are playing a team that has a losing record and would be sitting at home if they were in any other division.

Wisdom is proven right by what results from it. MM is responsible to mentally and physically prepare his team for Monday’s game (and every game).

If they come out and play well and win, he will deserve credit and these words will have shown themselves to have had some value and impact.

If they come out and lay a turd— then his words will have been nothing but hot, empty air.

I get what McCarthy is getting at and agree with him. This team needs to focus in on this game nothing else. Fellas, let’s keep things in context here. This is just a message board where fans exchange their ideas on how the team is playing. I’m not sure how any of the Cowboys players would be “demotivated” or think that anybody here would be “one of their teammates “

i would assume that each and every player on every team is motivated to win the Lombardi and that none of them cares about what fans on A message board say, lol

now if the complaint is that some here don’t want to hear anything considered negative, or honest criticism ……..that’s not gonna happen unless we adopt Twitters old algorithm and create a Utopian safe space devoid of critical thinking
