I’m a fan of Dak because, get this, he’s the Cowboys QB and I’m a Cowboys fan.

He’s also a damn good QB, whether you like it or not.

The stats and record say so, and even Troy Aikman said he wouldn’t hesitate to pay Dak. Yeah, I’ll go with Troy’s opinion over a complete nobody like you.

He’s not going anywhere.

Thinking he'll call Dak after he decides about Kitna.

Bottom line is Dak is not signed for the 2020 season, along with a lot of other Cowboy free agents.

Cowboys have until March 6th to tag Dak I believe.

Am I the only one that thinks it is OK if McCarthy has higher priorities than pandering to his QB? I am pretty sure Dak knows that MM is pretty busy right now. I am also sure MM wants to talk to Dak.

I fully expect and am supremely hopeful that McCarthy will be a positive influence on Dak and his performance in the months to come. He has certainly done as much with those like Favre and Rodgers in the past. Dak is a devoted pupil of anyone with the knowledge to aid his cause. I think MM has the knack and the knowledge to generously serve that purpose. He's been compared to Andy Reid in that regard -- sounds like a winner to me!
